[ S440 ] Nice 1790s Scottish sword

S440 Nice 1790s Scottish sword, this is a pretty good example, very good nickel to the basket, Nice grip with wire intact,
very plain blade (since been oiled after images were taken & some light rust wiped off easily ) The blade would clean up very nicely with little effort,
about the only thing I could complain about which is not much but note the different colour of one of the small front bars at the bottom of the basket, possible a period replacement ? or its the original that has lost is coating for some reason. my theory is a replacement.
