Silver mounted swagger cane or riding crop- has some engraving No117 or something like that & some initials, There is no wrist strap which riding crops usually have so it may just be a fancy swagger cane, it may have been shortened or broken as the end of the timber looks lighter than the rest of it, still a nice piece whatever it was used for. an antique dealer friend of mine picked it up with some military items. sadly I cant prove it is or isn't Military.
