[ f166 ] Superb all metal Scottish percussion by pistol John Campbell
From my own personal collection, I have decided to sell my last remaining Percussion pistol that I own, excellent maker marked Superb all metal Scottish percussion belt pistol.
engraved sections as per the images also with Celtic design silver inlay down the back strap, action works perfectly, good Scottish maker whose name is cursively engraved on the lock. Pistol has good profiles & is complete with its original rammer.
The price is 100% firm at $4800 They are hard to find especially as good as this one.
(I am also considering selling my beautiful antique Scottish targe as well) I just haven't fully made up my mind
The pistol is on my antique register & can be purchased in Qld without licence but needs to go on your antique register, it's no problem if you do not have an antique register number as yet, it's just a matter of a letter to Qld Weapons branch & that's the end of it. I will assist with making sure you are legal. ALL OTHER STATES YOU MUST CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL WEAPONS REGISTRY as some states may require you to have a collector's license & it will not be sold interstate unless you can produce proof you can own it legally in your state & some states also require antique firearms to go dealer to dealer. any & All costs associated with that process will have to be covered by the purchaser.
