Nice Edwardian era London rifles shako, excellent condition for its age, felt body with leather trim, chin strap still present but one side have been broken & is quite short, but the other side is very long & it would still do up, liner is all present, just a couple of spots where stitching has let go, it could do with a light clean as feathers & felt has lint & dust stuck in them due to poor storage of previous owner, I have left it as found, images tell the story better than I can describe it.
Hobson & sons was established in 1850 as a Military outfitter.
