s243 Large Spanish Bilbo sword circa 1700s, good old un-messed with sword, the entire hilt was obviously once decorated with a gold gilt or wash, the clam on one guard is still in great condition as per images, the other is not decorated or has been worn away?, original timber handle intact , dark patina all over & blade is pitted all over but its still a strong blade.
I have a meter ruler beside it for size gauge. a great old sword that displays very nicely
