m2900 ww2 silk Japanese good luck banner, these were hung in peoples homes as a send off to war or a welcome home banner ,most if not all will have the soldiers name on them, PLEASE NOTE- this one is missing its hanging rod, there is a piece of cardboard sitting at the top just to wind it onto, you can easily get a piece of dowel & put a couple of stitches in to hang it again.
I have purchased my mates collection of these banners, there is around 18 to 20 of them that I bought.
